Base Salary £24,000 - £28,000 + Competitive Commissions + Regulations Exams (CISI)
On Target Earnings (OTE) £50,000 - £55,000
About Our Client:
Our client is a market leader in their field and are currently recruiting junior broker staff to add to their already existing and successful floor within the city of London in Liverpool Street.
Since their inception in 2008 they have gone from strength to strength and have displayed
consistent growth year on year. Now we are looking for junior brokers to add onto their team for the last quarter of the year to have a fully trained and efficient new team for 2020 targets to become realised.
You will be responsible to contact high net worth clientele and represent the company you work for in the utmost professional manner, your main responsibility is to qualify your prospects by
understanding their portfolio and investment needs as well as promote products the brokerage’s analysts have recommended.
Year 1: Junior Broker taking CISI Examinations
Year 2: CF30 Qualified Stockbroker
Year 3: Team Leader / Account Manager
Year 4: Trader (Dependant on progression route)
The ideal candidate will have an intermediate level of technical knowledge and a transferable
business development skillset that allows a “hit the ground running” momentum to take place with every new hire.
